I see all kinds of references to the ASE that indicate shareholders and potential investors are of the opinion that the lengthy approval process is the fault of the ASE and that Telesis and Merendon have done everything in their power to move this along.

Has anyone bothered to check directly with the ASE?

Sources advise that Merendon's refusal to supply audited financial statements to the ASE is one of the many problems holding up the approval. This should raise a red flag with all concerned parties.

Also, if this IS one of the reasons stalling the application - why don't Merendon and Telesis state that in their communications to shareholders and explain why Telesis would do business with a company that they couldn't possibly have done complete due diligence on if Merendon's books haven't been scrutinized by an independent auditor?

When will these questions be answered?
