ASE DD seems to be completed. Following is Merendon's latest update.
To Telesis / Merendon Shareholders

The Following Update was sent for posting to the Merendon Home Page on
March 10th.

March 10th update.

ú Merendon has shipped all of the auxiliary equipment for the Gold
Processing Facility to Tegucigalpa, from Aldergrove B.C. The equipment
arrived March 9th and will be assembled by staff from Sando Research
Laboratories as soon as power is connected to the Facility in the next few
days.
ú Sando Research staff are now in Honduras helping to setup the Gold
Processing Facility and anticipate commissioning the process in early April.
ú Merendon has been subject to ongoing administrative delays in obtaining
approval from the Alberta Stock Exchange for the reverse takeover of
Telesis Industrial Group, Inc. Merendon has been informed that the
exchange has completed the due diligence process and that the ongoing
delays are due to scheduling conflicts within the exchange.
ú Supplies of native gold continue to be offered to Merendon on a regular
basis. However, until the Gold Processing Facility is fully commissioned
Merendon will defer any purchases of native gold.
ú Closing documents for the reverse takeover have been prepared and are
waiting on ASE approval for final signing.

In addition to the above site update...

Merendon and Telesis are continuing to work on obtaing approval from the
ASE. We have been informed that the Listings Officer is now satisfied that
he has completed his due diligence and that the file can now proceed to the
Filing Committee for review. The date for review by the Filing Committee
has not been set and is subject to the availability of the Filing
Committee Members, the Listing Officer and the number of files currently
ahead of TSl/ Merendon on the agenda for each weekly meeting.

Merendon and TSL will attempt to notify all shareholders prior to the
re-instatement of trading. A formal announcement will be made over the news
services upon approval of the TSL / Merendon reverse takeover.
