Current On-goings
Company is to file a 10K (in a couple of weeks), for which it filed a NT 10-K for on January 29,1998. The reason stated for not having filed the 10-K on time was "Officers responsible for preparing the report were not able to finish the report due to other company matters" as per Part III of the NT 10-K.
When asked why the price had dropped as of late. The company cited that there were former insiders who were selling stock due to a lack of money. (which has probably come to an end noting that the stocks has firmed at current levels). The former insiders have finished selling their shares. If you look at the logs, you can see the stock has been under accumulation for the past several days. Its 52 wk low was .07, which is one major reason Im buying at these levels.
"Los Angeles - New Visual Entertainment (NVXE-OTC:BBS) is pleased to announce it has completed a film license agreement with Cinema Systems, Inc. of San Marino California to exhibit the Company's 3D actions sports film, "Extreme Sports USA", to be exhibited in a 3D theater in Tapaei, Taiwan." Another positive. All employees of the company as well as their families own shares in NVXE. Rare for a penny stock.
Executive Summary
New Visual Entertainment, Inc. has jointly developed and secured access to patented, proprietary technology, making possible affordable, high-quality production and exhibition of 3-dimensional imagery. This revolutionary technology, to be known as the New Visual Experience (NVX), allows for cost-effective, high-quality projection of spectacular imagery into traditional multiplex theater centers as well as New Visual Entertainment's own Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) theater centers. Additionally, New Visual intends to bring NVX into the home by utilizing a low cost electronic viewing system that allows worldwide viewing of 3D content on any home television or PC via cable, broadcast, video, the internet or CD-ROM playback. The content for distribution over these channels will initially be created and produced by New Visual and further advanced by the Company's growing alliances.
The use of this breakthrough technology has the potential to revolutionize film, video, and digital entertainment. It will make NVX 3D widely available to mass markets and industries such as: special venue theaters, internet programming, feature length film, network/cable events and simulcasts, home video, commercial advertising, special event promotions, live sporting events, and documentaries.
Company Strategy
New Visual Entertainment, Inc. plans to capitalize on the emerging demand for NVX 3D by positioning itself as the leading developer and distributor of NVX software and, eventually, hardware. This will be accomplished by producing 3D content financed by debt, equity, or stock transactions. As more content (film and video titles) is produced, the Company will build or seek joint venture partners for NVX 3D theaters, thereby creating its own distribution channel for NVX 3D. In order to increase the amount of NVX software available and drive the sale of NVX hardware, the Company plans to provide production tools and NVX 3D consultation to upcoming production talent within the industry under favorable terms. The Company is actively developing strategic alliances and partnerships with television and motion picture studios, retail video distributors, major exhibitors and cable operators to maximize the reach of NVX into mainstream markets.
The Technology
The patented dual element, single lens technology allows 35mm or 70mm 3D production with one, standard 4 perforation camera, as opposed to two synchronized cameras. This new single camera system greatly reduces 3D production costs and complexity. The Company also has the ability to produce low cost video content with a single camera system for multiple markets. Each system facilitates the production of 2-dimensional product and 3-dimensional product simultaneously, assuring producers standard 2D revenue streams, as well as emerging 3D revenue. For film, The resultant dual image per frame strip is presentable with a single projection lens on a standard 35mm or 70mm projector. In conjunction with H3D Home Entertainment, the Company has created H3D viewing glasses consisting of a tether-free, high resolution electronic viewing system that delivers spectacular field sequential 3D imagery. The electronic viewing system allows NVX content to be viewed on VHS with most standard televisions and VCR's, over existing TV broadcast channel bandwidths, and on PC displays without modification.
Company Organization
New Visual Entertainment is presently located in Encino, California where business activities include NVX content production and distribution, software/hardware rentals and licensing, strategic alliance development, marketing of NVX products and services, and development of new 3D technologies.
