I think the rise in ESVS is due to the following:

1) Those who've been intimidated by the doom/gloom posters who've done nothing but rain sh*t on NETZ prospects. Tahoeman, Jeffrey J, Randmiser, myself and some others have attempted to provide sh*t umbrellas as a counteraction.

2) Those who have genuine concerns due to the understandable fear raised from the Wired debacale.

3) Those who have problems with trading sources which won't allow them to trade into penny stocks.

4) Gradual seedlings from rumored--I repeat, rumored--institutional funds gradually buying into ESVS, away from the shadow of controversial NETZ.

5) Those familiar with CEO Lair and the promising developments of NB Digital.

It's important to note that ESVS was stagnant prior to the Zulu/ESVS private placement alliance. And now it is trading at new highs. Meanwhile, we Zulu investors are caught in a whirlpool of market maker manipulation. Today will likely be like the past couple of days, barring an afternoon news release. But more and more, I think investors are beginning to see the two newly-aligned companies as one and the same.

My gut feeling (MHO) tells me we will see more acquisitions and that this will eventually lead to an ultimate consolidation for entities chasing after DCLK. Remember the good ole days when Avis challenged Hertz? From a few more leapfrog moves, I think we could see a similar challange, since today there is no viable single claimant to the number two position in online internet advertising.

Let the MM's shake the tree all they want in order to shake the money-leaves off. Think of yourself as a branch of this tree, and not a falling leaf.
