APS is a temporary stop gap on the way to pure digital systems. I know it's probably two to 4 years out, but if you have north of 1500x1500 resolution, decent battery life and decent lenses, why bother with an analog product that you need to send off to develop? Kodak and Fuji are the buggy whip vendors of the 90's.
