I don't know about the issue (if any) of unaudited statements. Around the 2nd half of January, the stock was supposed to start trading; however, according to an investment electronic newsletter, "....but the exchange forgot to request some important information from the company that was required for the decision...". If true, while this may not be the only factor in the delay, it seems that the exchange may be partially instrumental in creating the delay.
