Herb's latest message to the field seemed to want to rally the troops for the next 25 years. He highlighted the continuous profits and record ($91 million) contribution to profits sharing. Employees pledging to be freedom fighters, freedom to move about the country for all citizens. He also warned of the pitfalls of tribalistic behavior which was the downfall of other societies and organizations. With a motivated work-force, and a management proven to enabling their "freedom fighters", it's easy to see why people have a pride to work there. Maybe next week we'll hear if it's Charlotte, or Raleigh, or Jackson Hole, or Islip, or Rapid City, or... Jim
