Gofer! According to the agreement with Gecamine the first 10 years of production is tax-free! The deal is from the Mobouto time and I can understand that the Kabila regim wants to to better deals with other CO. But this is a confirmed deal - after some sweat. All money back after first year of production? Regards Marten
