Paul, if you have followed this thread for awhile, you know I am a BIG LGND booster and have a very overweighted LGND position in my portfolio. That said, I would urge diversification within the biotech sector, say a minimum of three quality companies. Bad things can sometimes inexplicably happen to good companies, so I, for one, don't want all my eggs in one basket. I do own ISIP, BTW. Good luck with your investments. Walter
