Well, it turns out that a lot of them exercised options in the 1st half of 1996 and sold them mostly in the 10 to 17 range ...
NOW, just last AUG 7, 1996, CEO Jack King sold 4000 out of the 37,538 shares he owns (which were options recently exercised), and the price was between 14.25 and 15.75 ...
SO he sold 10% of his stake ... perhaps he needed the money ... $60,000 to buy a luxury car ... couldn't wait for another two years when the $60,000 will be worth $2.8 Million ...
he should have been talking to STEWART ...
