NSCP needs to find a way to cash-in on home.netscape.com, no doubt about that. But YHOO is a service business, while up until now NSCP has been a product business. There aren't many companies that are good at both, and most that try are larger and more established.

Any idea what they might offer that YHOO doesn't? I was expecting a shake-out of "search" sites over the next 12 months, and wonder if this is a good time be entering that market.
