A tip about ASK.
The Norwegian buyer of Proxima, ASK, had a fantastic year in 1997. The growth was about 80 percent and the margins where about 25 percent. ASK is very strong in the European market but their position in USA is weak. The Proxima-deal gives ASK a strong distribution channel in USA and Proxima will in the future sell more and more ASK products. Norwegian analysts are extremely bullish on the stock and ASK has never disappointed the market. With a market cap of $450 million and estimates of earnings in 1998 at $22 million, ASK is traded at a PE of a little over 20. That is not bad for a fast-growing company.

Go to Norway to buy a great company with fantastic growth and huge margins. ASK is now traded at 95 NOK.

By the way. I have a friend who bought lots of Proxima shares a couple of months ago when the Norwegian financial press started speculating about the ASK/Proxima deal. He is very happy now and has (just like me) bought ASK shares.
