It looks like a plausible explanation for the big price jump comes from news out of New York that CDRD is leasing 100,000 square feet and getting lots of tax breaks for locating there? This info came from the Yahoo board - so admittedly its hearsay. But it sounds plausible to me. Being rather cynical about the whole thing I can see CDRD releasing the news on their own when the stock price starts to droop (soon, I hope). Jim
