Good afternoon Don,

Sorry about the delay in responding; I had a lunch date with the good people of DLJ and a honest management team. It seems that I woke up on the wrong side of bed today and have been barking at people. I apologize for that but I get in a nasty mood when someone swipes my copy of the NY Post off my stoop. As most people know, I pattern my writing style after this fine daily.

As far as the Hussein issue goes, that could be a tough one to sneak by the censors. I have often thought that Aharoni and Hussein were one and the same. Who knows maybe Saddam will soon post on this very thread.

I have been rethinking my life after the chart dude reprimanded me. Although I am very busy with my ballroom dancing classes at night, I plan on reading Miss Manners until I can enter charm and etiquette school. Those place settings at roadshow lunches have proved to be embarrassing in the past, I often claim the wrong bread roll and water glass from legitimate money managers.

To those I you still looking for me to say something intelligent, patience might still be required. I have been poring over Actrade's financial statements. I am having a tough time figuring out where the funds for the stock buyback will come from. Their financial flexibility looks a bit worrisome now that Aharoni's credit cards have been cancelled. Who knows, maybe they will buy back so much stock that their net worth will turn negative. Then when the stock trades back down to book value it will go to -$3. The only thing I know for sure is that the share count won't be meaningfully lower by the time the next 10-K is filed.

Since some people in this world have a tough time distinguishing between fact and opinion, this is merely my opinion.

Stock looks a TAD weak today, but congratulations to the Bulls who will soon close out an up week.

See, I can be civil chart dude,

NN
