Re the conference call-- Steve F canned. (good) Andre DeB in caretaker role. (bad) Using consultant to set strategic direction/goals. (bad--what are they paying management for?) Want to consolidate the industry. (good)--Probably paying JP Morgan the next few years profits to do this. (bad) QDEL "well positioned". (Your guess.)
