KZAP, Most NASDAQ companies trade on FUTURE EPS Projections!

Right now the projections for 1998 are currently at 25› - 30› EPS.

Post-merger that becomes 82› - 99› because there will only be about 12 million Total Shares Outstanding (calculated mathematically based on info in press release).

SHARE PRICE (based on future earnings projections):
.82 x 25 = $20.50 (on the low end)
.99 x 35 = $34.65 (on the high end)
Average = $27.57 per share (previously 4 FAMH shares)

So I ask...
WHICH WOULD YOU PREFER ???

100,000 shares at 60› = $60,000 (FAMH OTC:BB Multiple 6)
OR
25,000 shares at $27 = $675,000 (FAMH NASDAQ Multiple 30)

I KNOW which one I prefer. :-)

To Everyone: If there is ANYTHING you are not comfortable with, please get advice from a professional investment advisor.

Best wishes,
Brad
