Currently, CVIA doesn't do or make anything. They are a clean shell corporation that is in the process of completing a reverse merger with WOTD which was set up as an acquisition company to acquire profitable ma & pa type independent tire distributors, and fuel and lubricant distributors. They have their first acquisition in place which will be announce upon completion of the merger.

CVIA took our $500,000 (about 50MM shares) in REG S financing for their first acquisition. They are also in negotiations to have independent investors buy back those Reg S so as to remove them from the float. There is speculation that the volume these last two weeks has been the Reg S shares being fed into the float and immediately being bought up. Hence the steady flat price.

KAA predicts (speculates) that by this Monday, all the REG S will have been absorbed into the float which will result in price appreciation with continued buying and interest.

CVIA (as a shell and nothing more) has been as high as .05 last Nov so with a real business, profits, and earnings, the potential is high. IMO, the downside risk is slowly being removed with every day of multi-million share days.

Follow the thread, call Jack Arnold (current CVIA CEO) and do your DD, and I'm sure you'll come out impressed.

Also, check out Milk's unofficial CVIA site...
