My guess would be it's too early to sell the company.

If VRTY can improve operating results for the next quarter
or two their valuation will double/triple. A buyout now
will be at much lower prices.

Also ORCL does not make sense. Just recovering from their
poor execution. Larry/Lane probably thinks his stock is worth much
more than current price also.
