The problem is can CPQ manage the DEC deal. It just mis-managed its bread and butter- manufacturing and inventory. They mislead wall street to what the actual levels were, then tried to burry it in a deal or write-off but did not make it.

If that is a given, how can it possibly manage a diverse business' of DEC? Bench strength at the top is weak at both places. I am short and expect another shore (at least) to drop
