A note from a nontechie observer. Assume that both Windows environment and Sun (Java) will coexist for years. Seems like both need outreach. Citrix is Windows outreach. Java is Sun's. While Java applets not pervasive now does that mean never? IBM has huge resources devoted to Java and is the Java engine IMO. Sure all the Java applications may turn out to be a failure. But is that really likely. In two or three years time see Java and Citrix as both heavily in use - both with advantages and disadvantages. Could some of you tech wise folks comment please. Is this nonsense? Chaz
