Possible, but I wouldn't buy it for that reason. If you think it's a good investment on it's own merits, good luck. If someone buys them, that's just gravy. How does EGRP compare these days to typical brokerage stock valuation measures anyway (I haven't checked in a while)? BTW, the footnote you quoted implies that it cost $2.6mm to register in Ohio. Can that be correct?
