Great thread Vi. Recently sold Lukoil and am waiting for an opportunity to buy it or one of the funds you mentioned. I don't consider myself a Russian expert but want to let you know this thread is bookmarked and I'll be lurking, willing to contribute if and when I have something worthy to add.
