Sure, why would the company Buyback and issue shares at the same time? I hope you can back these lies up or DCI should hire lawyers and go after you, jerk. Mr Galpeer, sorry but I feel a need to say it again, LONG AND STRONG! GO DCTC!!!!!! I'll try and restrain myself, but I have been reading this thread for so long, and have always wanted to post that.:)
