IMHO,the lawyer is just doing a good job for what appears to be the rightful owners to the MI pipe.
No doubt he intends getting payment for services rendered but then again I am sure that all the lawyers involved are making sure that they will be paid either way!
Why didn't Randgold do their homework properly on the rightful owners? It appears to me that they managed to do research on who the "heirs" are but neglected to try and contact them.
The fact that the "Golddigger" lawyer is using the exact same constitution and legal framework that both Randgold and Southernera have access to seems to be overlooked??
No doubt South Africa needs all the development and foreign investment ,but surely the laws of the land should be adhered to?
I doubt that the lawyer is playing games as he seems to be doing a great job for one of the parties concerned!
As far as the "BUY" recommendation goes,IMHO,how does one discount the M1 pipe when the figures that Southernera have provided do the exact opposite???

Regards
