Michael, are you refering to the "fourth markets" being unregulated and unreported or the Instinet. I would guess that the Instinet, at least, would have to be reported else how would we have these "after hours" reports in the media. Also, I read somewhere that the volume on the Instinet is counted in with the next days volume on Nasdaq listed stocks. Is this correct and if so, is this done for NYSE listed stocks as well?
