As we wait for the news on this stock I want to say, Congratulations!
to all the longer term holders of PYNG. What a day!

I am long on PYNG but as another poster remarked, feeling a little
guilty. My father suggested I look into this stock. How's that for
a present from dear old dad.

Anyway, there has been some question of valuation of this stock and
whether there is any downside. No one responded, a couple of days
ago when this issue was brought up. That is not very typical for SI
readers. The problem I see with this stock is the number of shares
that the board has authorized. From the PYNG site:

PYNG Technologies Corp. trades on the senior board of the Vancouver Stock Exchange, symbol PYT.

Shares authorised.................................100,000,000
Shares outstanding..................................7,600,000

Now I must admit that I have not been investing for a long time(2yrs)
but that 100MM number seems real big to me. There must be some long
time investors here that have noticed this and can shed some light on
it's significance for anyone that wants to hold PYNG for the long
term. Anyone willing to help out on this one.
