First, some disclosure: I am a Series 7 broker; my wife is long 1000 of these shares in her IRA.

Here are some of the things I learned:

1) The company has some very first rate individuals as officers and board members.
2) Their product right now is for spine center medical offices but is easily adaptable to the 38 other medical specialties.
3) They sold 100 installations last year and 300 this year. Marketing has begun overseas.
4) They make no predictions at this time regarding sales, earnings, etc. Whatever predictions that are out there are by the German brokerage firm.
5) They market their products primarily via medical seminars.
6) It is a real company with a real product.
7) The software was developed over a 10 year period...marketed in the last two years.
8) No real competitors yet.

You should consider this stock a long term speculative microcap growth stock suitable only for high risk investors.
