Audun, I had to leave at 2pm. At that time wthe nid was up and the trades were at $1.375. When I checked after closing we had another drop. I'll let you know over the weekend if there is any news in the paper. My guess is that we have a number of committeed sellers out there who unload at any opportunity. The volume was up a bit, but still not high enough IMO to indicate we had an unfavorable court ruling. Do you know what kind of hands this "overhang" stock is in? Institutions, the company, Market makers? Just ignorant of the term's meaning. Allan
