I started my career as an Analyst writing 40 page reports. Had to prove to portfolio managers that I knew something. 30 years later they just wanted one page! There's lots of omissions in a quick and dirty analysis.

PAA also warrants some premium for its real go-getter management attitudes and connections that will help them grow the asset base, quite aside from the metals price leverage.

That brings up the point that PAA is also a zinc play in a bullish zinc market. The Quiruvilca mine really makes the bulk of its revenue (hence earnings) from zinc. Add some more premium.

Or, do these latter points really mean the stock's silver premium is less than we assign to it??
