<<What is moving this stock higher?>> Simple. A relatively small float with a large short interest makes it very simple to manipulate the stock. The stock will eventually hit the floor, but in the meantime it will be a tug of war with insiders who (obviously) want to dump at the highest price possible. If you check the NASDAQ clearing records for Zonagen over the past month, I would bet that over 75% of the trades were inter-market maker.
