Each company will announce additional directors to its board soon.* 3Q: Currently ESVS is based in Houston. What are the company's plans following the significant investment in ZULU? *3A: ESVS will relocate its headquarters to El Segundo, California.* 4Q: What is the value of ZULU with ESVS making a significant investment in ZULU? *4A: ESVS has merely acquired an equity stake in ZULU and may increase its equity position at a later stage.* 5Q: Is this a merger? *5A: No. It is merely an equity stake in ZULU.* 6Q: What is Andy Batkin's role? *6A: Andy Batkin was chairman of S.I.M. and left S.I.M. to pursue other interests.* 7Q: What is Caroline Vanderlip's role? *7A: Ms. Vanderlip left SIM in January to pursue other business opportunities.* 8Q: What is Ron Meatchem's role? *8A: Mr. Meatchem's auto business is occupying much of his time. We now know about Universal Commerce. What is the current story on NETZ Autotrak? What is ZULU-tek's relationship with BellCore? *21A. NETZ-Autotrak is negotiating with 3 large strategic parties (including BellCore).* 22Q. What is the current story on Alta Vista? What is ZULU-tek's relationship with Compaq/DEC? *22A. DEC is an advertising client, advertising their Alta Vista product line.*
