Bleeker, you say your hedge fund sources tell you insiders have sold THQ so recently that these trades have not yet appeared on Edgar. I am not saying this is false, but could you explain just how it is that anyone, even if he does work at a hedge fund, can find out that insiders have sold, prior to the fact being revealed on Edgar?

Does the insider's stockbroker leak this news to the hedge fund person? Does the insider's spouse tell her friend, who tells her friend, who tells the hedge fund manager? I am wondering how such a thing could leak out in the normal course of events. It seems unlikely to me that insider trades in a small company like THQ, based in California, would leak out to the extent that your "hedge fund source" would know of it prior to the filing in Edgar.

I will be watching the Edgar filings closely in the next few weeks, however, to see if anything is revealed along these lines. I believe the 15,000 share 144 filing, by the way, was by a non-employee director, which to me is not all that significant. RR
