OT Sounds like a low price winner to me? InterDigital Communications Corp. (AMEX:IDC - news) gained $5/16 to $5 7/16 after the maker of wireless communications systems signed a strategic agreement worth $25 million with French telecommunications equipment manufacturer Alcatel. Under the deal, Alcatel will join Siemens AG and Samsung Electronics in commercializing InterDigital's broadband code division multiple access (CDMA) technology for the wireless local loop market. 207.95.154.130 Wireless communications services provider Nextel Communications (Nasdaq:NXTL - news) gained $1 1/4 to $29 1/4 after being upgraded to "buy" from "accumulate" by Merrill Lynch.
