Also a shell company that will be involved in an area play this spring. LTU has been sitting very quietly recently while all the other Voisey Bay plays have been steadily rising in anticipation of the spring drill programs. If you look at a chart you will notice it hit .85 level twice last year - once in March and again in the fall. Each time it reached that level it was following on the heels of the activity in Voisey Bay. LTU has a 25% interest in a property with Donner (25%) and NDT (50%) with Teck as the field operator on this one. LTU has announced it is raising about $300,000 which would give them enough money to participate in their share of any drilling to be done and give them the ability to add other projects to their company. I think the market is waiting for a drilling announcement and info about new properties. With or without the drilling it appears that LTU has another good run in it just with respect to the position of their property in Voisey Bay. They are right in the heart of the action [ see map on Donner site donner-resources.com ]. They currently have about 3 million shares outstanding - this will be increased throught the financing but it will still be a fairly tight situation with room to grow. LTU has been gapping up in price recently on very small volume which may indicate that the market has stumbled across this sleeper. Definitely worth some more investigation.
