Tom, I've been lurking occasionally on this thread hoping to see some discussion on technical analysis, so I was glad to see your post. I subscribe to David Marantette's newsletter and find it extremely useful. His track record speaks for itself. I am still learning about technical analysis and cycles, but I find myself relying on these tools more frequently when making investment decisions. Regarding the POG, I am less confident today than I was on Monday of a technical rally in gold. I am still long, but I was expecting this week to be the start of a climb to the 310 range. If this move up does not start soon, it may be time to go short again. Keith
