Thought this was a thoughtful response that was made on the Yahoo Thread and I'ld thought I'ld share it here.

I just had a discussion with BOST IR and feel convinced about the investment in the stock being a great
opportunity. The following points transpired during the discussion.

* Solid bank balances consistent with cash flows accruable to shareholders.

* The idea of debt for franchise-equity swap that I have posted is real and so the restructuring charges
for debt not recoverable will basically be replaced with franchise-holders' assets (to be entered as
goodwill). BOST gains tax benefits on this charge.

* The earnings before charges this quarter is 39 cents per share. Many companies with 39-40 cents per
share PER YEAR are trading at prices of $20 and above!

* BOST management is acutely aware of these financial strengths and so are planning for a serious
communication with some top analysts in the market some time in April/May this year after the
company's buy-out of franchises is approved by area developers.

* About insiders buying out stock, the IR person could not say much except to mention that the
company knows about the need for a signal, but the insiders' will purchase based on their personal
portfolios. I got a feeling (I may be wrong) that insiders may even do this as a part of their concerted
plan to communicate BOST's financial strength with the market.

* I got a sense that BOST will be trying for upgrades from some top financial analysts. The IR person
stressed the need communicate about the real cash flows and bank balances to the market through
credible intermediaries.

* There were no news releases since the earnings announcement and none is expected until the area
developers approved of the plan for buyout of stores.

I was quite impressed with the discussion. I cannot tell how the short-run price will move -- it may fall
before rising. However, the long-term is great, IMHO. A message that the long-term is great will be out
soon. I have noticed that big investment firms issue upgrades after accumulating sufficient quantity of
shares -- one should ponder who sells after an upgrade and buys after a downgrade?
