Apple12, thanks for your information and the impressions that you bring over from your sources. Those statements probably hit the point but I still would watch the lawsuit issue especially since - see the post by Chris somewhat earlier - there appears to be an increase in numbers from about 50 to now more than 80.
Chartwise the situation looks interesting. The support at around 60 was not broken to the downside. Now there might be a break-out to the upside coming soon. Anyways, I will stay out of SFSK for the time being.
