I agree with Gris and the others. The acorn don't fall far from the tree. Either Walthers is a complete dote and faked his way his entire carreer in the CIA, or he is a true scheming individual who 'let' Huttoe and others hang themselves and is now sitting back with that smug look on his face. The entire staff at SEXI (except engineers) needs to be dumped. And that 'great' press release last week was 'really informative'. I can see how an individ- ual such as Walthers 'could' enginner a SEXI scenario such as we have just witnessed. I don't know that is what happened but is completely feasible. He can sit back now and say "Mr. SEC, when I signed that 10Q I thought something wasn't quite right with it, but, Huttoe insisted I sign it". "So, I did". "And, the selling of the addition- al 53mil shares was an oversight", "afterall, deals were done and I also was due my salary paid in stocks". "I'm willing to continue on with the company as CEO and President to help get this company through these hard times". "You know I've 'never' held a position in a public company before, but now I have all kinds of experience". "If you asked me to knock off a guy here and there I could have done that without any trouble at all", "It's just hard to do things legit when I've been doing it the other way for years", "I mean covert operations and such". "You Know?". (GEN Schwarzkhoff said it best..."The best way to learn to do something right is to watch others do it wrong".) To the best of my knowledge the above is just fiction and is intended for entertainment purposes only. The characters are not 'real people' and are not related to anyone living or dead. Lastly, we shareholders need a voice in these matters. Insiders own 28% of the company. We own the other 72%. I think we need to band together as a group, fire all principals involved and go about finding a reputable replacement for the perpetrators (predators). Anyone interested in forming as a group? None of the company officials should 'ever' be allowed to be associa- ted with another puclic company again the rest of their lives. And those that go to prison...(as jd2 would put it).....live long and propogate (get scr*wed). BULLIE
