To ALL:

Thank you KZAP, WAYNE J., and others for welcoming me to this thread. I thought you might be intimidated by a 16-year old joining the thread, but my assumption was wrong (good thing)! I hope I will be able to provide "young visionary insight" on CVIA/WOTD. On Mr. Wayne's question of research that I have done and my opinions, it would be preferred by me, that Mr. Wayne would ask me a specific question to answer and I will be happy to answer it based on my research and opinions, but I am going to try to keep my responses short, as I am limited on time (remember I am still in school!!). Also, I would like to mention that the high trading volume has really sent my head in a whirlwind here lately. My assumption, based on other stocks that I have been in, is that it is just anticipation of the forthcoming merger and a lot of investors are jumping in all the sudden because of all the optimism surrounding this merger.. I mean think about it, going from a company doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, transforming into a new company that already will have $3.5 MILLION in REVENUES. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out where the price is going to go from here!!! I mean, at that based on outstanding shares at least we will actually HAVE a P/E now!! Of course Just my opinion and take it for what it's worth. I increased my position "slightly" today. Also, I can't remember right now who mentioned it, but I AM NOT in stocks to DAYTRADE or make a quick "bang," I prefer Mr. Buffett's approach on stocks, by, buying the company as a "qualitative" approach and holding it for the long shot, rather than the "quantitative" approach and then dumping it within seconds, minutes, or hours, which is all of the DAYTRADERS' philosophy.

Just my .02,

Matt
