Mike, you have some interesting questions that again tell me a lot
about your assumptions concerning SystemWizard and Oil Change.

First, do you have a copy of SystemWizard that you're able to make
statements that it'll teach you how to use Microsoft Word to format
text? Will it also teach me how to write letters?

Second, you trivialize the concept of immediately knowing about
updates and bug fixes that are available and being able to quickly
download them through the internet. As I've said before, the
only reservation I have is that a large number of PCs aren't yet
on the internet. I made that statement concerning SystemWizard
that will depend on the internet for almost everything apparently.
From what I've read, it looks like the Cybermedia/Phoenix solution
(First Aid/ActiveHelp) will depend less on the internet to fix problems
than SysWiz will.

Finally, Oil Change has been beta tested by 45,000 users and is now
shipping and major companies such as Macromedia and McAfee
love it! SystemWizard....well SystemWizard has been seen on
store shelves and in PCs so far less than UFO sightings.

Mike, one suggestion, you may want to take notes the next time
your friend shows you how to use your Microsoft Word, if you're
like most of us that don't read the manual or use the help screens
that come with our software. Good luck.
