Interesting. I asked Nasdaq how the reverse merger would work with the "shell company" everyone keeps mentioning... here is their reply (I found the rules under "about Nasdaq," not in "references" as is stated below... rules are quite lengthy of course).

*****We don't allow shells. In addition, depending on the circumstances, a merger may result in the company having to qualify pursuant to the initial inclusion requirements. (See marketplace Rule 4330(f) on our site).

By the way... would this FAMH swap not be treated like an initial listing? Wouldn't that take a minimum $4 bid? More like a 7-1 reverse at current prices?
