Oh, the plot gets weirder by the minute!!

I won't say I totally understand the system, but my understanding is that they will be offering hardware and software to issue "digital certificates" for authenticating the source, destination and integrity of electronic transactions.

The certificates are to my understanding:
1. Not hardware or physical objects
2. Should be issued in real-time as needed at extremely fast rates. People will need a certificate everytime a transaction is processed.

I find it impossible to believe:
1. That anyone would contract for a "fixed number of certificates."
2. That anyone would pay for $1 for each certificate.

If you think about the nature of digital commerce, you will notice that one cannot calculate in advance how many transactions will be made and how many certs you need to buy in advance. You will want to issue them on demand.

And no one is going to want to pay $1 for every transaction in transaction fees.

This is starting to smell very rotten. I'm glad I didn't buy.

Do you have time to grill them one more time? If you go to their home page you can find a diagram of how their authentication system works. Take a look at it and try to match that to 1M units sold at $1 a piece. It just doesn't click.

Talk to you soon,

THC
