I agree with you 100%. CPQ is the only high tech company I am buying right now. I used some of my cash today and bought some at $25 3/8 and will be buying more if it dips further (highly improbable but perhaps not impossible). The rest of the high techs will be hit hard but I do not believe CPQ cann be hit to the same extend (how can it? They have already taken the stock and shot it in the head revolutionary style)!
