Kurt- Fred has had his turn IMO. I know that he was "only" the COO, but in my mind it was not successful. He had basically three goals to achieve(in his opinion) electronic trading, a deal with an unnamed investment bank, and cessation of hostilities with the Canadian regulatory agencies. Which of those was successful? I think we need a more professional "non-antagonistic" approach. I don't think the market would react well at all to Fred as our leader. It would make the ouster of Jimmy look more like a coup than a search for experience. It would be seen as "more of the same". That is my opinion. Mark
