And, pray tell, why does FAMH remind you of ATEC? Just exactly what do they have in common? The stock swap thing has been detailed ad nauseum. It's not a reverse split -- it's a reverse merger and the two, although seemingly related, really have totally different connotations and reasons for implementation.
