Well, Ron, given the current situation, I suspect that the greater the separation between Huttoe's "creative payment plans" and SOE, as a company with a product, the better it will be for SEXI in the long run. Having Walther step in as CEO at this point, hopefully will help to accomplish this separation. Whether through stupidity or gile, if Huttoe takes the "fall" with the SEC for his actions, it may allow Walther to keep SEXI afloat and trading. Even if that means making some costly adjustments in the number of shares issued, that would certainly be to its shareholders benefit. "Something is better than nothing" at least in this instance. Time will tell....and I suspect it will take quite a bit of time before we will really know the value of or SEXI stock!
