Thanks James,

My broker called me the day that Wellspring was bringing them out of bankruptcy. By the end of the day the stocks doubled, however the next day they stopped trading. Please note this was the second generation of Discovery Zone stock. Wellspring does have a good reputation financially for bringing companies profitable again.
I guess I will have to wait and see. I just wonder if they will ever trade again.
