soxan, Thanks for the in site. I did speak to the Secretary (?) a few weeks ago, actually she called me back, and explained that they were unable to sign contracts with other companies due to old contract obligations. I did not fully understand it. She felt that this was only temporary and they would be able to get into other agreements soon. You explained it very well. Thank you. Do you have any recent news sites that I can check out? Thanks gary
