I talked with one of the engineers (yes, they really them) learned that the plant in Austria is really underconstruction after lots of time spent on site problems. The anual report was delayed because Grant Thornton (Titans CPA needed clarification on how to list Titans share of the plant(it is an asset) and it value etc. also understand the co expects some small but still positive cash flow this year. Evidently, tire recycling has been mandated in the EEC so thats why the interest over there. It would take two or three giant tire fires here before anyone gets off the dime.
