DGIV I believe has surpassed even FTEL in revenues with this news.

FTEL has no revenues even close to $1 million per month in hand like DGIV.

DGIV now does.

Look at FTEL's balance sheet and you will notice roughly the same amount of shares outstanding (I believe FTEL has more outstanding).

AND DGIV is buying back 1.5 million shares. So far DGIV has only repurchased 50,000 ...that's 1.45 million left to purchase through April.

FTEL trades around $4.00 - $5.00

DGIV at $.40 - .50

FTEL and DGIV have a similar product. DGIV calls it NetCall.

This is the most exciting aspect of this company to me.

NetCall allows one to use a normal phone and a pin number to reach your long distance party via the internet infrastructure...not long distance wires.

Thereby each phone call is infinitely cheaper to make for each customer. Imagine the long distance savings overseas alone.

Look at FTEL financials, and project what you believe DGIV should be worth with 1 million in revenues per month.

Don't forget the workings they have going on with Russian telephone companies.

Look to digitcom.com for more information on this company.

And watch the realvideo clip of the CEO of Digitcom.
It's a little dated but pretty informative and interesting.

This is the news release we've been waiting for. This stock should be at least $.80 if not higher based on its 7.5 million market cap alone.
(I'm multiplying 15 million shares outstanding X .50) if they are going to get revenues of a MINIMUM of 1 million per month.

And this is only one deal this year. There are more on the way according to DGIV IR.
